PA 66 GF 15 is a 15% glass fiber reinforced, heat-resistance, polyamide 66 resin for injection molding.
PRE-PROCESSING:
Pre-drying: 4-6h / 130°C
Processing:
Melting temperature 280 - 300 °C
Mold temperature 60 - 100 °C
Product storage and handling:
PA is a highly hygroscopic material. When the dry PA material is exposed to the atmosphere, it will absorb moisture quickly, so it is recommended to keep it sealed. In order to ensure the best performance index after extrusion, the material must be dried before processing, and the moisture content of the particles should not exceed 0.02%. It is recommended that the material be dried at 110-130°C for 4~6h.
PA66 15% glass fiber and heat stabilized modified grades are applied to the sectors of circuit breaker, electrical box shell, water pump housing and cover, offering high rigidity and resistance to thermal deformation.
