PA6 GF15 is a 15% glass fiber reinforced, polyamide 6 resin for injection molding. PA6 plastic material has the shortcoming of easy absorption of water, which affects the dimensional stability and electrical properties to a certain extent. High glass fiber content can reduce molding shrinkage and increase dimensional stability. PA6 GF15% can increase the molding shrinkage rate of PA6 to 0.5-0.8%
PA6+GF15% works for heat dissipation binaries, wheel covers, coolant pots, and accumulator shells of auto parts and lawn mower housing of hardware appliances as well.
Prior to blending. PA6 and PA6/GF were dried at 130*C tor 3hin vacuum oven to remove most of the absorbed busty.
